Super 8 by Wyndham Troy IL/St. Louis Area

Can't beat the price. The room was clean and the art work is always pleasant at Super 8 properties. There was a slight odor of weed upon entry but no odors in the room itself. The breakfast is basically a quick start with having only minimal food options. Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bread, packs of little powered sugar and chocolate donuts, cereal and 1 waffle griddle. I did find an Apple watch in the room while moving back an end table by the bed. Hopefully the watch finds its owner. I do wish the bed had regular sized pillows. There was only 3 small pillows on the bed. The end tables had plenty of power outlets and usb ports.

My 3 kids and I had a wonderfully amazing experience/stay here. We stayed for one night and it was the best night I’ve had all year! I am so grateful and blessed that I found this place. Also a kid friendly location. The pool here is sooo fun! Would love to come back and visit atleast a few times a year. This location is very clean and the staff has great hospitality. Also very affordable for single parents such as myself. 10/10 recommend.

This motel has everything I really need. It's clean, the bed is super comfortable, the shower works great & I feel safe here. The only reason I gave the room 4 stars is because the floor is still carpeted while most motels have gone to laminate flooring which is much cleaner on my opinion & the microwave, while functional, was basically crap & come on, how much can it cost to replace & put in a decent microwave? The motel is nothing fancy, but for the price you can't beat it. The breakfast area is pretty minimal, but again you get what you pay for. There's a pool which is small, but nice. There are vending machines, soda machines, ice machine, the basics. My friend & I stay here to attend the Cardinals baseball games in St. Louis, MO, because the price of the motel is minimal compared to hotels in St. Louis. We really just use the motel as a place to sleep, shower & hang out until we leave for the games. So for our purposes, this motel is perfect.

All of the staff was amazing! Courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great. Would definitely stay again!

Beds were comfortable. Atmosphere was quiet and we were able to get a good night's sleep. I would stay here again.

The room seemed clean, but the towels were a little overused but clean, not white kind of Gray colored. The water was extremely hard, it really is not good for your hair. I felt like the price was out of line for what you got.

Stayed there two nights. The rooms were nice. Clean, everything worked fine. Staff were extremely polite and professional. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Definitely a place to stay.

We are traveling from Canada to Texas. Great stop, great sleep, very quiet. Our little dog didn't make a peep all night. Sometimes she hears people in the halls and barks. Great stay and a nice breaky for the morning to get us going. It's in my list of places to stay on our return trip next year.
